📚

Diabetes Education

Our Story

Built on Compassion,
Driven by Purpose

Diabetes Wellness Foundation (DWF) Nigeria was founded on the belief that no one should face diabetes alone — and that the right information, in the right hands, saves lives. We are a CAC-registered non-profit serving communities across Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa.

🎯

Our Vision: A Nigeria where every person affected by diabetes has access to quality education, compassionate support, and evidence-based care.

💡

Our Approach: Community-centred, culturally-sensitive, and grounded in clinical evidence. We meet people where they are — in their language, in their communities.

🌍

Our Reach: Operating across Nigeria with growing connections to the wider Sub-Saharan Africa diabetes research and advocacy community.
